Law Library

The Law Library for the Circuit Court for Calvert County is located at 175 Main Street, Prince Frederick, MD, 20678, on the second floor of the courthouse. It is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., with the exception of court holidays. There is no law librarian on staff. There are two computers located in the library for public usage.

Media Resource Center


The Media Resource Center provides access to the Maryland Rules and Annotated Code, the State Law Library, and a variety of self-help videos, among other areas of interest. Access to the Maryland Courts Self-Help Center (PDF) is also available.
