Dina Davis, deputy director, holds a B.A. in French from Hollins University and a M.A. in Human Resource Management from Walden University. Davis oversees the Administration Services and Risk Management and Safety functions. She has over 17 years of experience in local government personnel management with Calvert County. Her areas of expertise include employee programs, classification and compensation, risk and safety, and human resources information systems. Career achievements include Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program graduate, National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA) Foundation scholarship recipient, Leadership Southern Maryland graduate, Team Excellence Award recipient and Employee of the Month recipient.
