Title: Director, Community Resources

Jennifer Moreland, director, holds a B.S. in Communications and Mass Communications from Towson University with a focus in nonprofit public relations. She has 19 years of experience working with local nonprofits in volunteer engagement, grant management, needs assessment and strategic planning, previously serving as Calvert County Family Network coordinator, director of community impact for United Way of Calvert County and program coordinator for the Calvert County Arts Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland 2017 and NACo Professional Development Academy and is trained in Asset Development, Community Conversations, Motivational Interviewing and Results-based Accountability.
