Healthy Families

A voluntary home visitation program for pregnant women and women with children under 3 months of age that provides parent training, referral services, child development activities and role models for effective parenting. Home Visiting Hybrid for High-Risk Moms

A two-generational strategy for expectant and new moms that are disconnected youth, homeless youth, impacted by incarceration, impacted by poverty and/or hunger with a child 0-5 years of age. The program uses the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program is an evidence-based home visiting curriculum that provides in-home instruction from birth through kindergarten to enhance child development, parenting behaviors and family well-being through development-centered parenting and parent-child interactions. Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Outreach & Enrollment 

This program provides targeted outreach and community based enrollment into the Youth and Young Adult Program. The Youth and Young Adult Program guides youth to achieve personal goals and prepare for career paths through empowerment, education, and employment opportunities.
