Soil Conservation District Board of Directors

Overview

The district, as an independent agency, is recognized as the lead organization for providing information and programs for the conservation of soil, water, and related natural resources and improvement of water quality in Calvert County. Within each Soil Conservation District a board of directors is elected to represent the community. They are the supervisors of the Soil Conservation District and help the soil conservationists and cooperators form a team.

Composition

There shall be five members. One member shall be appointed by the BOCC with an ongoing term.
